Following the success of its previous property exhibitions, PropertyGuru is holding its seventh Malaysia Property Show (MPS) at Marina Bay Sands Convention Centre this weekend, from 10am to 7pm daily.
Bringing together 16 of Malaysia’s top developers including Country Garden, Mah Sing Group, UEM Sunrise, UM Land, Far East Consortium International and OSK Property, the event will showcase some of the newest property developments from across the causeway.

Malaysian property remains attractive to buyers and investors in Singapore because of minimal foreign ownership restrictions, high return of investment (ROI) potential, high capital appreciation potential (up to 15 percent), no capital gains tax on properties sold after five years of purchase and low cost of living.
