Asia’s leading property portal PropertyGuru will hold a consumer seminar at the Ecopolitan Sales Gallery in Punggol Walk this Saturday, starting at 12.30pm.
The event will touch on two recent developments affecting the property market – the URA Draft Master Plan 2013 and the three new measures to the executive condominium (EC) scheme.
Keith Cheong, Head of Research and Analytics at PropertyGuru and one of the seminar speakers, said: “As we prepare to wrap up 2013, we’re pleased to conduct our ninth property seminar, sharing the much awaited Draft Master Plan and focusing on how this Master Plan guides the future development plans for the North-Eastern region of Singapore.”
The new Master Plan aims to build townships that foster strong community interaction and bring quality jobs closer to home.
With this, new growth areas across the entire North Coast Innovation Corridor will begin to emerge with the Woodlands Regional Centre and the Punggol Learning Corridor and Creative Cluster.
“I will be highlighting the rapid transformation of Punggol and how this locality will be shaping up to become one of the most sought-after waterfront precincts coupled with a distinct character,” Cheong added.
Following that, Thomas Tan, Principal Trainer of Real Centre Network will be sharing how the new EC measures announced earlier this week will affect purchases of such homes, while Garett Lim, Division Director at SLP, will talk about the key attractions of Ecopolitan.
