The Ascott Limited (Ascott), the serviced residence business unit of CapitaLand, has once again been named the Best Serviced Apartment/Residence Operator at the DestinAsian Readers’ Choice Awards 2013.

Ascott has made a clean sweep of the awards in that category since it was introduced in 2008.

Organised by DestinAsian travel and lifestyle magazine, the awards recognise the service and excellence of serviced residences, airlines, airports, hotels and destinations.

This year, the survey went beyond the Asia Pacific region, enabling readers to vote for brands from around the world.

“Ascott takes great pride in making our guests feel at home whenever they stay with us. From creating the feeling of home at our properties to our signature style of warm, discreet and personalised service, we strive to provide our guests a truly memorable experience at every touch point,” said Chong Kee Hiong, Chief Executive of Ascott.

“As we continue to grow to achieve our target of 40,000 apartment units globally by 2015, we hope that more travellers will be able to experience our award-winning hospitality.”

Ascott operates under three brands – Ascott The Residence, Citadines Apart’hotel and Somerset Serviced Residence.
