A five-bedroom villa (pictured) at Kasara in the ultra-posh Sentosa Cove is up for sale at S$23 million or S$2,500 psf.

Despite its high price tag, the 9,100 sq ft property is competitively priced compared to other luxury homes in the area and has been on the market for about a month, said exclusive marketing agent Sueann Lye of Nixon Real Estate.

She added that the villa is currently owned by a young couple working in the finance industry and is located near the new Quayside Isle integrated retail development which offers a range of waterfront dining concepts and specialty retail stores.

Developed by Malaysia-based YTL Corporation, the property is part of an exclusive project of 13 luxury villas and sits on the water’s edge, ensuring total privacy. Notable features include a lap pool facing the Serapong golf course and a cantilevered pool that leans over the waterway.

Designed by Patty Mak, Principal Designer, Suying Metropolitan Studio, the house comes with furnishings from Minotti and Space.
