PropertyGuru,
Asia’s leading property portal, won awards for Best Mobile App by
Media Owner and Best Informative Use of Mobile at Marketing Magazine’s
first Mob-Ex Awards in Singapore last Thursday. The website also was runner-up for Best Mobile Advertising Solution.
Recognising its pioneering role in mobile application research and
development for property buying and selling, the group beat out over 50
shortlisted companies competing in various categories with PropertyGuru’s Consumer and AgentNet apps.
The
AgentNet App, which clinched the Gold Award for Best App/Content by a
Media Owner, has achieved over 56,000 downloads regionally with an average of
16,000 active users, contributing up to 122,000 visits and one million
page views to the mobile app homepage.
Meanwhile, the Consumer
App which won Gold for Best Informative Use of Mobile, has received over 550,000
downloads in the region and is used by an average of 181,000 active users of
apps monthly, contributing to 1.3 million visits and 20.3
million page views to the mobile app homepage.
“Our goal is to
be the first to launch mobile apps catered to suit the needs of both
property seekers and real estate agents on the go,” said Louis-Bernard
Carcouet, Product Manager for Mobile at PropertyGuru.
