D’Nest, a new luxury nature-inspired condominium development in Pasir Ris begins its preview today, offering home buyers a range of one- to five-bedroom units and penthouses.

The 912-unit project is developed by a consortium led by City Developments Limited (CDL) and is expected to be popular given its ideal location close to Pasir Ris MRT station and White Sands shopping mall.

“In today’s market, prices for new residential projects launched near MRT stations are generally selling at an average of above S$1,000 psf. We were planning to launch D’Nest at an average of S$990 psf. However, mindful that some potential buyers may be required to pay the Additional Buyers Stamp Duty (ABSD), we have decided to launch D’Nest at a special early bird average price of S$920 psf,” said Chia Ngiang Hong, CDL’s Group General Manager.

The early bird price is a seven percent direct discount from the supposed launch price, and prices will start from S$498,000 for a one-bedder.

Designed by Architects 61, D’Nest will incorporate organic and eco-friendly design principles that blend well with its natural surroundings. The presence of solar panels will help save electric consumption, and there will be a pneumatic waste collection system and generous landscaped spaces.

Units will come with high-end fittings and appliances, while facilities include three themed clubhouses (Recreation, Music and Gathering Nest) offering residents a choice of lifestyle activities.

“With the rapid development of business parks, leisure facilities and educational institutions in the East, demand for residences in the area remains healthy. We are familiar with the Pasir Ris precinct and D’Nest will be our fourth development in this vicinity. We believe that D’Nest will similarly find favour with owner-occupiers and investors,” Chia added.
