UK developer Barratt Homes will introduce its latest project Queensland Terrace (pictured) to buyers and investors in Singapore, at an exhibition at The Regent Hotel next weekend (16 – 17 March).

Located in Islington, a neighbourhood in Greater London, the 375-unit development offers open-concept suites, one- to three-bedroom apartments and three-beddder penthouses, with prices starting from £282,000 (S$530,840) for a studio apartment.

Designed by London-based CZWG Architects, the project comprises of three apartment towers located above a podium that has space for cafes and shops.

Facilities include a private fitness suite, 24-hour concierge, landscaped gardens and ground level parking.
Most units will enjoy views of London’s skyline through private balconies and terraces.

“Queensland Terrace’s location is known due to the very popular neighbourhood and the appealing lifestyle available here. Being able to commute to work in under 30 minutes while having an array of popular independent shops, restaurants and pubs nearby makes Queensland Terrace a very desirable place to live,” said Gary Patrick, Regional Sales Director, Barratt Homes.
