Malaysia Property Show back in town

28 Mar 2013

By Nikki De Guzman:

PropertyGuru, Asia’s leading property portal, will hold its Malaysia Property Show (MPS) for the fourth time in Singapore, taking place at Orchard Hotel this weekend (30 – 31 March) from 10am to 7pm daily. The event will showcase the latest properties from several major developers in Malaysia.

They include Dijaya, Gunung Impian, Land and General, Mayland, Mah Sing, Plenitude, Sime Darby, Tanah Sutera, Taipan Eagle and UEM Land. Maybank is the official participating bank.

New projects from Iskandar will have a strong presence at the show.

Malaysian property remains attractive for Singaporean buyers due to minimal foreign ownership restrictions, high ROI potential on projects, high capital appreciation potential (up to 15 percent), no capital gains tax on properties sold after five years of purchase and low cost of living.

Meanwhile, MPS will also provide prospective buyers with expert insights on property ownership in Malaysia from well-known speakers and they can also participate in discussions with developers.

Visitors who register at http://www.propertyguru.com.sg/singapore-real-estate-event/825 will stand a chance to win an iPad Mini.
