Swedish furniture giant IKEA has launched its first ever 25-hour Cook-off in Singapore with S$10,000 worth of cash and prizes up for grabs.
To participate, interested applicants must form a pair comprised of adults aged 18 and up and submit a 25-second video saying why they deserve to win. 24 pairs will then be chosen to participate in the cook-off happening from 14 – 15 June. Sign-ups run until June 2 at http://www.IKEA.com.sg/cookoff.
Both outlets at Alexandra and Tampines will have a total of 12 pairs each competing with teams from the same store. The winning pair from each store will take home an IKEA kitchen showcase worth S$5,000 and cash prize of S$5,000.
IKEA also be giving out special prizes including air tickets to Sweden and IKEA Gift Cards as part of other activities taking place during the period.
