Indonesian buyers will get their first chance to take a closer look at one of London’s prestigious prime properties at an event in Jakarta this week.
An exhibition of 375 Kensington High Street will take place in Jakarta tomorrow and Wednesday (May 21-22) at an invitation-only event at the Grand Hyatt Jakarta hotel between 10am and 7pm.
The development by St Edward – part of the Berkeley Homes group, is being hosted by Jones Lang LaSalle.
The Lord Kensington House phase of the development features one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments and penthouses – and is sold with a 999-year lease. Prices start from £849,950.
Previous phases of the development have sold well to buyers from Southeast Asia at similar events, including in Singapore and Bangkok.
