Strong demand is expected for d’Pristine (pictured) – the newest integrated development in Medini Iskandar Malaysia, as it is the only property in Johor which foreigners can purchase for under RM500,000 (S$205,767).
Developed by MCT Land, the project includes residential and commercial components within a 9.3 sq km site.
The 35- and 37-storey residential towers will comprise a total of 1,184 units. The three- or four-star hotel will feature 300 rooms. There will also be a three-storey retail mall with 163 shops and 32-storey Grade A office tower.
d’Pristine is ideally located near amenities and tourist attractions such as Legoland Malaysia, Mall of Medini and Medini Nusajaya Johor, Puteri Harbour and Gleneagles Medini Hospital. Singapore is also a ferry ride away from the development.
Prices for the residences start at RM650 (S$267) psf and range from one- to three-bedders and dual-key units sized between 644 and 1,415 sq ft.
d’Pristine is MCT’s first project in Iskandar Malaysia. The developer is known for being fairly active in the Klang Valley.
