Agent seminar next week

PropertyGuru, Asia’s leading property portal, will be organising its Agent Seminar 2013 next Tuesday (14 May) at the HDB Auditorium, B1.

The seminar will bring together top property experts to provide insights on the market and opportunities awaiting Singaporeans in the second half of this year.

It will also touch on the implications of the recent cooling measures on both public and private properties.

PropNex CEO Mohamed Ismail will give a talk on “Property Cooling Measures – Why, What, and What’s Next?”, while Bobby Sng, co-founder and Master Trainer at Zest Academy Group, will touch on “Real Estate Business today is not only about selling, it is about understanding your client”.

There will also be a panel discussion on the 2013 Property Market Outlook. Called “Where are the real estate hotspots amidst the ‘coolness’?”, the panelists include District 65 CEO Colin Tan and PropNex KEO Lim Yong Hock among others.

’s co-founder and Group CEO Steve Melhuish will also be there to share latest updates about the portal.
