Savills expands further into Indochina

Savills has grown its Southeast Asia operations, following the establishment of a new Indochina and Myanmar consulting practice to be led by Savills Vietnam.

“As part of our vision to penetrate into one of the largest emerging markets in Asia, we have established a research and consulting platform featuring a full service practice dedicated for our stakeholders,” said Chris Marriott, CEO of Savills Southeast Asia.

Services will include the release of quarterly market reports covering different property sectors across 10 major cities in Indochina as well as specific market studies.

“There is an influx of investors to Myanmar from throughout Asia who are seeking rewards from early entry. With our extensive emerging market experience and a full service rendered to our clients, we are a creating a key differentiator to be leveraged across Indochina and Myanmar,” noted Troy Griffiths, Deputy Managing Director of Savills Vietnam.
