The 380-unit Lush Acres executive condominium (EC) along Fernvale Close will open for e-applications from 13 to 21 July.
Developed by City Developments Limited (CDL), the project comprises three- to five-bedroom apartments, with suite and premium options for some units. Spread across four 25-storey towers, the units range from 915 to 1,722 sq ft.
Some units will feature a Balcony Entrance concept to simulate living in a landed home. The units also have fully-equipped kitchens and bathrooms. A Sculptural Clubhouse will feature a Vista Room that overlooks the pool which can also serve as a function room. Other facilities include an outdoor fitness corner, kiddie playland, tennis courts and jogging track.
Lush Acres will also have various themed recreational facilities including ‘Velocity’, ‘Vivacity’ and Singapore’s first Agri-Cube Hydroponic Farm that caters to residents with an interest in gardening.
Moreover, residents will enjoy accessibility to nearby amenities like malls and schools as well as transport links. The EC is Green Mark Platinum certified by the Building and Construction Authority (BCA).

Bookings for Lush Acres will take place on 17 August.
