CDL's new EC over-subscribed

17 Jul 2013

The 380-unit Lush Acres executive condominium (EC) at Fernvale Close in Sengkang has been over-subscribed by 1.6 times following an e-application exercise over the weekend.

Developed by City Developments Limited (CDL), the project saw keen interest from buyers due to its proximity to amenities and the fact it is a Building and Construction Authority (BCA) Green Mark Platinum-certified development.

“The warm reception that Lush Acres received over its opening weekend attests to the development’s appeal in terms of its location, value, convenience, unique features and potential appreciation. It is a reflection of the right ingredients coming together to command the interest and demand,” said Chia Ngiang Hong, Group General Manager at CDL.

Moreover, the EC offers low-density build up, the option for a unique balcony entrance concept, and a custom-made Agri-Cube hydroponic farm where residents can grow fresh vegetables.

“We expect more eligible buyers to apply this week before the e-applications close on 21 July 2013,” Chia said. Bookings for Lush Acres will take place on 17 August.
