Property developer Top Global Limited is expected to launch its newest freehold residential development along Bartley Road by the end of this month.
The Quinn will comprise four five-storey apartment blocks and 139 apartment units ranging from one- to three-bedders and penthouses.
“The Quinn represents an ambitious concept that blends architectural sophistication with a high level of liveability, and one of its main objectives is to demonstrate that what’s aesthetically exceptional need not be impractical, and vice versa, that functionality does not need to be bland and boring,” said Jennifer Chang, Chief Operating Officer of Top Global.
The freehold project will have a French Indochine design, with facilities such as a clubhouse, gymnasium, swimming pools and rooftop Jacuzzis among others.
“The Quinn is located close to the upcoming Bidadari Township, which we anticipate will raise the development’s capital value when completed. We also foresee rental demand from the working populace based at Paya Lebar iPark, the CBD and Seletar Aerospace Park. So in addition to being a choice location to live in, The Quinn is also a highly viable investment option,” Chang added.
The Quinn is expected to TOP by 31 December 2016.
