UK-based developer Telford Homes’ latest residential tower in London will make its debut at the St. Regis Singapore (The Senator Room) this weekend.
Called Lime Quay (pictured), the 12-storey building comprises one- to three-bedroom apartments that come with a balcony or terrace. The project is also within an accessible and affordable location, close to stylish neighbourhoods such as Hoxton and Shoreditch, as well as employment hubs Stratford City and Canary Wharf.
Located along The Limehouse Cut or London’s oldest canal, the building is near many water-side pathways and restaurants such as The Narrow, Gordon Ramsey’s newest eatery overlooking the Limehouse Basin.
Aside from offering panoramic views, the building in Teviot Street (E14 6RE), Poplar, is within proximity to notable schools. For instance, the London Metropolitan University can be reached within 10 minutes via the Hammersmith and City London Underground Line, while Guildhall College and Queen Mary University are only five minutes away.
Designed by Larissa Henke Architects, units at Lime Quay come with walk-in showers and fully-fitted designer kitchens.
“Prime parts of East London, like Shoreditch, are now out of reach of many buyers who are turning to more affordable areas like Poplar,” said Telford Homes Group Sales and Marketing Director David Campbell.
Prices for a one-bedroom apartment start from £225,000 (S$429,071), while the rest will be announced at the two-day event.
