Singapore will this weekend host the first overseas sales exhibition for Eternity Sukhumvit 8, a freehold condominium development in central Bangkok.
The eight-storey property, which is expected to be completed in 2015, will feature a total of 131 units with one-bedrooms ranging in size from 33.6 sq m to 47.75 sq m, and two-bedrooms from 56.65 sq m up to 58.35 sq m.
Eternity Sukhumvit 8 is located in one of Bangkok’s most prized residential areas and is around 300 metres from the BTS skytrain network at Nana station.
The project is aimed at young professionals and expatriates. Planned facilities will include a rooftop swimming pool and Jacuzzi, steam rooms, a library area and jogging track.
The Singapore sales event, which is being organised by Singapore real estate agency Trillion Property, takes place at Hilton Hotel, Level 5, on Saturday, July 20 and Sunday, July 21, between 10am and 6pm on both days.
