UK market expert to share insights this weekend

Singaporean property buyers and investors will be able to learn valuable insights and information about the U.K. property market from one of the country’s most knowledgeable and well-known experts.

Stuart Law, Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of Assetz Group, will be answering questions and providing information during a series of seminars organised by his company and Singapore agency CKS Consultants, and presented in conjunction with PropertyGuru Group.

The event, which takes place on Saturday and Sunday (July 27th/28th) in the Orchard Room at Swissotel The Stamford, has already attracted registrations from more than 200 people keen to know more about investing in U.K. property.

Topics covered during the seminars will include off market opportunities in the highest performing residential and student zones, property funding as well as a focus on U.K. commercial property – one of the most interesting investment markets in the country.

Law’s opinions and analysis is sought-after by publishers, and he’s often quoted in media around the world. He founded the Assetz Group of Companies which includes Assetz for Investors Limited, the U.K. and International property investment specialist, Assetz Finance Limited which has quoted over £2 billion in loan and mortgage business and Assetz Capital, a peer-to-peer lending company providing funding to businesses, property developers and private investors.
