To help property agents find the right property to market, real estate portal PropertyGuru will hold an Agent Seminar at HDB Hub Auditorium (B1) next Tuesday (23 July) between 12:30pm and 5:00pm.
At the event, experts will share insights on how to identify the ‘gems’ within the property market and how they can be effectively sold at a profit. The guest speakers will also touch on local and regional opportunities as well as other advice.
For instance, Roy Chong, Head of Business Space at PropNex will discuss how to profit from commercial properties and understanding the psychology of commercial investors and how to prevent being conned by unethical agents.
Albert Wong, Director at Trillion Property, will talk about finding and marketing the right overseas property including understanding the psychology of overseas property investors, and what agents should know about the real estate markets in other countries.
PropertyGuru‘s Online Marketing Manager Timothy Ng will tackle what online property seekers are searching for and the trending keywords in the industry, while Savills (Residential) Senior Group Division Head Stuart Chng will share how to spot the ideal resale properties to sell, and ways to help your client save on ABSD.
Moreover, a panel session will be held to discuss the secrets of success in the property industry. Experts on the panel will include DTZ Property Network Vice President Evan Chung, Knight Frank Associate Director Eugene Lim, Home Guru Asia Managing Director Gary Fong and Jones Lang LaSalle Senior Group Division Head Nancy Hawkes.
