Located at the company’s former headquarters at Tampines Road and close to Kovan MRT station, the 337-unit freehold condominium project features one- to four-bedroom apartments, dual key units as well as penthouses ranging from 474 sq ft to 3,886 sq ft across five blocks.
Agents marketing the property, which was originally scheduled to open for sales earlier this year, have indicated prices will range from S$695,000 for a one-bedroom unit, rising to S$2.28 million for a four-bedroom property, when sales are launched.
