Singapore’s Centaline Property Agency, part of one of the largest real estate agencies in Hong Kong and Greater China, held its first ever UK property exhibition in the city-state last weekend.
The exhibition attracted steady interest from local buyers and investors for units at the G-Suite Cardinal, a boutique residential development (pictured) in Oldham, Greater Manchester.
Ivy Tam, from the China and Overseas Property Department at Centaline Property, told PropertyGuru: “The response has been good. We’ve sold around 40 in the region so far and the response in Singapore has been good.”
The residential project features 160 units and construction is almost complete.
Tam, whose company is the exclusive sales agent for the project, added: “Tenants are already lined up so we don’t need to offer any kind of rental guarantees for investors, although property management is available.”
