More than 80 percent of the City Complex Airport Link freehold commercial project in central Bangkok has been snapped up by eager investors, with less than 50 units currently available for sale.
The commercial development (pictured), located in the prime central Bangkok area of Pratunam, has been attracting the interest of Singapore investors through a series of exhibitions since earlier this year. The complex is located directly opposite the famous Pratunam fashion wholesale and export centre and adjacent to the Amari Watergate hotel.
Ray Chow of Singapore real estate agency Ray International, who is assisting with the project’s marketing, told PropertyGuru: “The location is excellent and the rentals are guaranteed at 40 percent over five years.”
The development will be home to a variety of tenants when completed at the end of this year, including fashion wholesales, mobile phone retailers and IT vendors.
Chow added that Thai buyers have been responsible for as much as 40 percent of current sales.
