Philippines show back this weekend

30 Aug 2013

Asia’s leading property portal PropertyGuru will hold its third Philippines Property Show (PPS) at Marina Bay Sands Convention Centre this weekend (31 August – 1 September) from 11am to 7pm daily.

The two-day exhibition will showcase a range of residential and resort developments across the Philippines, including projects in Metro Manila, Makati City and Alabang.

Philippine properties remain affordable with prices starting at
S$100,000. The market offers high investment returns and capital growth
prospects due to the country’s strong economy, which increased
7.5 percent in the previous quarter.

Participating developers at PPS include AyalaLand Premier (Ayala), Alveo, Greenfield, Megaworld International, Picar Development, Robinsons Land and Rockwell Land.

There will also be expert speakers on hand to provide insights on the Philippine property market, including a keynote speech by PropertyGuru co-founder and Group CEO Steve Melhuish.

Also in attendance will be Philippine Ambassador to Singapore, H.E. Minda Calaguian-Cruz, who will deliver the opening address.

The event is expected to attract many potential buyers and investors, given the latest round of cooling measures in the city-state, strong Singapore dollar and rising demand
for overseas property.

Additionally, visitors stand a chance to win five round-trip tickets to the Philippines, courtesy of Cebu Pacific. To register online, please visit http://www.propertyguru.com.sg/events-pps3
