Property group UOL has clinched two awards at the FIABCI Singapore Property Awards 2013.
Both the 367-room PARKROYAL on Pickering and Double Bay Residences comprising 646 condo units won in the Hotel and Residential (High-Rise) categories respectively.
Considered the Oscars of the real estate industry, the awards recognise quality developments which factor in design, aesthetics, functionality, as well as contribution to the built environment and community at large.
Commenting, Liam Wee Sin, UOL President (Property), said: “We are honoured to receive two FIABCI awards this year for our PARKROYAL on Pickering and Double Bay Residences. Both developments drew inspiration from nature advocating green lifestyle and sustainable development.”
Acting Minister for Manpower Tan Chuan-Jin gave out the awards, held last night at The Fullerton Hotel.
Meanwhile, the developer plans to launch its new condominium Thomson Three (pictured) in the next few weeks.
Developed jointly with Singapore Land, the 21-storey project comprises 435 apartments and 10 strata semi-detached houses.
“We are excited about our upcoming residential launch, Thomson Three, which is another nature-inspired development. With a location near both MacRitchie and Pierce Reservoirs, the project is designed to capitalise on the winning theme of integrating nature into our architectural design,” added Mr Liam.
