Strong Singapore interest for SC Asset

2 Sep 2013

Listed Thai property developer SC Asset returned to Singapore last weekend, tempting buyers with The Crest Sukhumvit 24 and The Crest Sukhumvit 49 freehold condominium projects.

Last year the developer enjoyed strong off-plan sales in Singapore for its The Crest Sukhumvit 49 project, recording more than THB600 million (S$23.8 million) worth of transactions during the course of several events it held in the city-state.

Krittiya Chalermpong, Vice President of Marketing for High Rise projects, told PropertyGuru: “This is the first time we have offered a completed condominium development overseas, and we are very pleased with the results.”

“Buyers and investors will be able to take immediate advantage of the rental yields on offer.”

Nattagit Siripat, Assistant Vice President of Marketing, added: “We certainly intend to bring more of SC Asset’s projects overseas, and especially to Singapore where we saw demand last weekend which was certainly in line with our expectations.”

The Singapore property exhibition was handled by real estate agency SQFT Properties, for whom JM Loo, Business Development Manager, declared herself to be pleased with the level of sales and enquiries from the two-day event.
