U.K. developer Regal Homes has revealed it has just two units remaining for sale at its Banyan Wharf project (pictured) in Shoreditch, London, following recent successful sales exhibitions in Singapore and Hong Kong.
More than 80 percent of the sales for units at Banyan Wharf to date have come from Asia, which remains a very strong market for the developer.
The development has been designed by award-winning architects Hawkins Brown, renowned for their involvement in major projects such as the re-development of Battersea Power Station in London.
The tower will be built using cross-plates, and will be ‘twisted’ during the construction process to alter the traditional shape of the whole building, creating larger living spaces. Each apartment will have at least two aspects, and outside space including terraces, private balconies or gardens is being offered with all apartments.
Commenting on the 95 percent sell-out success, Chief Executive Officer Paul Eden said: “We are thrilled to be developing such a unique and innovative building in one of the most exiting areas of London.”
“The success of the launch proves that as with all of our developments, Regal Homes put a great deal of thought into both the location of our developments and unit types, to ensure that we are able to deliver the exact properties that suit our purchasers.”
