With the winter season approaching, property exhibition organiser aiGroup has announced a series of overseas shows catering to the growing demand among Russians for property abroad.
First up is the Moscow Overseas Property & Investment Show which will be held on 11 and 12 October at the Tishinka exhibition centre.
Aside from gathering leading experts, the event will also see more than 190 companies showcase a range of projects from 40 countries.
The next one will be The St. Petersburg International Property Show which takes place on 25 and 26 October. The exhibition will offer overseas developers and real estate agents the opportunity to present their developments to prospective buyers in Russia’s second largest city.
Lastly, the 21st Moscow International Property Show will return to the city on 15 – 16 November.
“It is incredible to think that we will be organising our 21st Moscow International Property Show this November, in addition to our other exhibitions in Moscow and St Petersburg,” said Kim Waddoup, CEO at aiGroup.
Prior to the last exhibition, the Russian Property Summit will be held on 14 and 15 November to help developers looking to enter the Russian market.
Several speakers ranging from Moscow-based international realtors to leading market experts will be on hand to discuss ways of attracting genuine Russian investors. Participants will also have the chance to network with more than 200 Russian realtors who are keen to represent overseas projects.
