A large corner bungalow in the mainly landed residential estate of Seletar Hills has been launched for sale by private treaty at a guide price of S$15 million, according to marketing agent Savills.
Located off Seletar Road, the property at No.7 Begonia Crescent has a land area of 10,027 sq ft and features wide double frontage.
In a statement, Savills said that large land plots of this size are becoming rare and very much in demand with large or multi-generation families looking to upgrade from their existing homes.
The consultancy added: “Most (in this locale) are reluctant to sell as many would have lived there for decades and finding replacement of similar land sizes would be difficult. Which explains why transactions in this area are few in the last 18 months.”
The site could be redeveloped into a two-storey mixed landed project based on the current Master Plan.
Nearby amenities include GREENWICH V mall, numerous parks as well as popular eateries in Jalan Kayu.
