Avant Parc (pictured) has the distinction of being the only new private property project to launch in December 2013, according to analyst reports on the latest URA figures.
Located along Wak Hassan Place in Sembawang, Avant Parc is a small landed housing development of just 15 units.
A Jones Lang LaSalle report said that only one unit was offered for sale in the month and was subsequently sold. Developed by Malaysia-based Sunway Group, the project has a median price of S$1,911 psf.
Listing details on PropertyGuru reveal that Avant Parc consists of nine intermediate and six corner terrace houses, with varying sizes of up to six-bedrooms. Each unit comes with a landscaped garden and an infinity pool or Jacuzzi.
Aside from being located opposite the greenery of Sembawang Park, other nearby amenities include schools, shopping malls and the Sembawang MRT station and bus interchange. The site is also within proximity to the future North Coast Innovation Corridor.
