London property opportunities will again be in the Singapore spotlight this weekend with three significant developments being showcased by buyers and investors in the city-state.
Holding its ‘World Premier Launch’ in Singapore will be Eight Artillery Row (pictured) in SW1. The bespoke collection of fashionable residences are located close to Buckingham Palace and Westminster.
Prices for one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments and penthouses at the LBS Properties-developed 999-year leasehold project start from £860,000.
The Singapore launch, held by Jones Lang LaSalle, takes place from today until Sunday, January 19, between 11am and 7pm at the St Regis Hotel, Senator Room.
Berkeley Homes is showcasing one of its London properties for the second week running, this time in the form of The Tower, Saffron Square, in Croydon.
The 43-storey tower features suites, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments and penthouses, and offers floor-to-ceiling views of central London. Prices start from £240,000.
The event, hosted by Colliers, takes place on Saturday and Sunday (January 18/19) at The Four Seasons Hotel, Windows East Level 20, between 11am and 7pm.
CBRE is also exhibiting its first London project of the year in the shape of Silver Wharf, Limehouse, E14.
The development offers two-and three-bedroom apartments with a guaranteed immediate two-year income of 5 percent net.
The furnished project, which is seven minutes from Canary Wharf, is also a 10-minute walk from the Docklands Light Railway. Prices start from £349,950.
