Overseas property exhibitions featuring London and Dubai take centre stage in Singapore this weekend.
Goodman’s Fields, Berkeley Group’s landmark development in Aldgate, London, will be showcasing its recently launched next collection of apartments, Meranti House – the first international launch of the project.
Meranti House is a 20-storey tower comprising 107 studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments and one duplex penthouse with views overlooking the City and towards Canary Wharf.
Piers Clanford, Managing Director at Berkeley Homes (North East London), told PropertyGuru: “We continue to see high levels of demand from city professionals working within the local area.”
First completions are scheduled for 2017, and with prices starting from £549,500, this week’s exhibition takes place with Jones Lang LaSalle Singapore from today until Sunday, January 27, from 11am until 7pm at The Regent Hotel, Singapore in Boardroom II and III.

Luxury apartments in London in the form of Portobello Square, W10, are also being showcased to Singapore buyers and investors this weekend.
Hamptons International together with local agency Orange Tee will be exhibiting the premium 999-year lease development in Notting Hill, where prices start from £580,000, at Four Seasons Hotel, Windows West Room, 20th Floor, on Saturday, January 25 and Sunday, January 26, between 11am and 7pm.
Boulevard Point from prolific developer Emaar, is holding a simultaneous launch of its latest Dubai development at 2pm on Saturday, January 25, at Marina Bay Sands.
The project, which offers one- to three-bedroom apartments, is within walking distance to The Dubai Mall.
