Singapore real estate agency PropNex has launched three guides targeted at educating homebuyers, homeowners and investors about the different segments of the Singapore property investment market.
Incorporating the dynamism of policies and measures that were introduced, these 14-page booklets aim to enrich knowledge for better investment judges.
A survey showed that close to 80 percent of Singapore homebuyers were not ready to commit to a decision due to a lack of understanding of the various measures and the many restrictions put in place by the authorities.
Similarly, property sellers are also facing the same conundrum. About 75 percent surveyed indicated that they have the intention to sell their property, but were unsure of whether it is the opportune time to sell. And most worry about their next course of action if they were to sell.
“We wanted to provide “decision simplicity”—the ease with which consumers can gather trustworthy information and confidently weigh their options. The processes of aiding navigation, building trust, and making it easier to make decisions will give consumers greater confidence and knowledge to pursue their property aspirations,” said Chief Executive Officer of PropNex Realty, Ismail Gafoor.
