Many of PropertyGuru’s Singapore real estate agency and property developer clients were rewarded with appreciation awards, a free movie screening and a cocktail reception last week at the inaugural Lunar New Year Appreciation event.
A packed house of agents and developers reinforced the company’s commitment to its clients. Notable industry movers and shakers, including Lee Chun Wye, Executive Director of ZACD Investments Pte Ltd, Francis Koh, CEO of Koh Brothers Group Limited, Jonathan Yeo, Senior General Manager of Mitsubishi Electric Asia Pte Ltd, Stuart Chng, Senior Group Division Head (EastLiving Group) of Savills Residential Pte Ltd, and Evan Chung, Vice-President of DTZ Property Network Pte Ltd., honoured the company with their presence.
Stuart Chng of Savills Residential scooped the ‘Industry Contribution Guru’ award for actively taking time out of his busy schedule to participate in PropertyGuru product service research, and has positively-influenced the industry by providing insights and voices representing the real estate community.
The ‘Avante-Garde Guru’ award went to Evan Chung, DTZ Property Network who is constantly the first to learn and understand how a new product works, and how they can aid him and his team in various areas of his business.
The award for ‘Leads Generating Guru’ went to Patricia Gail Wong of Mindlink Groups. She has been able to effectively leverage on a successful strategy involving various marketing vehicles PropertyGuru has to offer, to drive a record number of absolute leads for her business in 2013.
Jessica Siow of PropNex Realty bagged the ‘Rookie Guru’ award. This award was presented to the individual who has recently joined PropertyGuru and has generated the most number of leads amongst all agents who joined the company in the second half of 2013.
The ‘Pioneer Guru’ award, given to the most loyal PropertyGuru member who has grown with the company over the course of the last seven years, went to Patrick Poon of ERA Realty Network.
There were three ‘Special Appreciation Award’ that were presented to real estate agents in appreciation of their belief and support of PropertyGuru‘s platforms and capabilities in providing success. The recipients were Dave Liew of ERA Realty Network, Steven Seah of SLP Scotia and Jennifer Tan of DTZ Property Network.
The award for the ‘Most Integrated Campaign’, which rewarded the most successful campaign in which a property developer utilised the full-suite of PropertyGuru platforms and capability to drive interest, was won by MCC Land (Singapore).
The award for ‘Best Creative Use of Print’, which highlighted the most creative use of The PropertyGuru newspaper to successfully capture attention and eyeballs of readers, was won by Qingjian Realty (South-Pacific).
The ‘Best New Advertiser’ award, given to a successful new developer client who was able to engage PropertyGuru’s capabilities for the first time for their campaign, went to Top Global Limited.
There were also five ‘Special Appreciation Awards’ for Singapore property developers. As the name of the award suggests, the awards were presented to developers who have demonstrated confidence and trust in PropertyGuru’s marketing platforms to deliver success. These awards went to City Developments, Far East Organisation, MCC Land (Singapore), Singapore Land and United Engineers Developments.
