Details of what will be the tallest tower anywhere in the ASEAN region have been launched in Bangkok.
Grand Canal Land, one of Thailand’s leading property developers, is making history with the launch of “The Super Tower” mega-project.
Planned to be ASEAN’s tallest building and one of the world’s top 10 skyscrapers, The Super Tower will stand 615-meters tall and have a staggering 125-storeys.
Yotin Boondicharern, Chairman of G Land, said: “Spanning more than 320,000 sqm, The Super Tower is going to be the main building of The Grand Rama 9 development that already boasts various facilities.:
The project is located at the heart of the Rama 9 Intersection, close to Ratchadapisek Road and next to the MRT Phra Ram 9 Station.
Projects under The Grand Rama 9 include a residential project called Belle Grand Rama 9, an office complex named G Land Tower, as well as convention and banqueting facilities, shopping arcades and a luxury hotel.
The front of The Super Tower will also be developed as a convention and exhibition center with more than 6,000 sqm of utility space.
