CBRE Research head promoted

Desmond Sim, Head of CBRE Research, Singapore has been promoted to Head of Research, Southeast Asia with immediate effect.

He has more than 15 years of real estate experience, and spent the last three years with CBRE.

Pauline Goh, CEO of CBRE Singapore and South East Asia said, “Shortly after his appointment as head of the Singapore Research team, he swiftly rose to the challenge of raising the profile of CBRE Research as media spokesperson, amongst other responsibilities.”

As Head of Research, Southeast Asia, Sim will collaborate with the respective Research teams in CBRE’s Southeast Asian offices to build up research capabilities on CBRE’s regional platform to deliver market intel to its client base.

For the time being, Sim will continue his duties as Head of Singapore Research.
