Three condominiums by MCL Land are 100 percent pre-sold; Uber 388 (pictured) in District 16, Terrasse in District 19, and Ripple Bay in District 18.

Ripple Bay offers 679 units, while the five-storey Terrasse has 414-unit and Uber 388 consists of 95 units.

Uber 388 is completed, while Terrasse is on schedule for completion later this year followed by Ripple Bay in 2015, MCL Land’s parent company, Hongkong Land Holdings Limited said in an Interim Management Statement.

Other MCL Land projects, Palms@Sixth Avenue and Hallmark Residences are currently 56 percent and 73 percent pre-sold respectively. They are scheduled for completion in 2015.

In mainland China, Hongkong Land’s attributable interest in contracted residential sales was US$196 million from July to October 2014; broadly in line with the same period last year.

According to the statement, Hongkong Land is developing a number of largely residential projects, in cities across Greater China and Southeast Asia.
