A new Melbourne landmark is set to be showcased to Singapore-based buyers this Saturday and Sunday from 10am to 7pm at The Regent Hotel along Cuscaden Road.

Dubbed Aurora (pictured), the 92-storey tower will be the tallest building in the central business district when completed in 2018.

Developed by Malaysian-based UEM Sunrise, this condominium is the most sought-after project in Melbourne, comprising one- to three-bedroom apartments with stunning views towards Port Phillip Bay and the Dandenong Ranges.

It is the only residential development with direct underground connection to the Melbourne Central Train Station and the city’s largest continuous retail precinct.

Shopping, entertainment and dining options are an elevator ride away, while world-class universities and cultural attractions are also within proximity.

Organised by South East Property, this weekend’s exhibition will also feature educational seminars on both days at 11am, 2pm and 4pm.

Seats are limited. To register your attendance, please go to: http://www.bit.ly/PGSEC2
