Comprising two blocks with a total of 250 units, the project at Geylang East Avenue 1 offers one to three-bedroom, four-bedroom dual-key units, as well as dual-key penthouse units.
According to statement, the indicative average sale price is $1,560 psf and up to five percent early-bird discount is available at the opening weekend.
TRE Residences’ facilities are categorised into three different tiers of water (ground level), earth (levels 4, 9 and 14) and sky (level 17). Targeted to obtain Temporary Occupation Permit (TOP) in 2019, TRE Residences is developed by SL-GV-MCC, a joint venture between Sustained Land, MCC Land (Singapore), and Greatview Development, and its showroom is located at Geylang East Avenue 1.
