TRE Residences (pictured), offering tranquil homes in central Singapore, will launch on 15 November.

Comprising two blocks with a total of 250 units, the project at Geylang East Avenue 1 offers one to three-bedroom, four-bedroom dual-key units, as well as dual-key penthouse units.

According to statement, the indicative average sale price is $1,560 psf and up to five percent early-bird discount is available at the opening weekend.

TRE Residences’ facilities are categorised into three different tiers of water (ground level), earth (levels 4, 9 and 14) and sky (level 17). Residents there will get to enjoy a swimming and wave pool, garden decks with water features, themed terraces, and a rooftop terrace on level 17 with panoramic views of central Singapore.

“TRE Residences’ design inspiration stems from the nature elements of water, earth and sky, as well as some of the world’s natural wonders such as savanna grasslands and Serengeti in Africa. As such, buyers can look forward to a host of nature-inspired facilities for a back-to-nature experience and lifestyle.” said Tan Zhi Yong, Managing Director of MCC Land.

TRE Residences is about a 3-minute walk away from Aljunied MRT Station and the Kallang-Paya Lebar Expressway, Pan Island Expressway and Central Expressway are within minutes’ drive. It is also close to amenities such as City Plaza, upcoming OneKM mall and schools such as Geylang Methodist Primary and Secondary, Kong Hwa School and Chung Cheng High School.

Targeted to obtain Temporary Occupation Permit (TOP) in 2019, TRE Residences is developed by SL-GV-MCC, a joint venture between Sustained Land, MCC Land (Singapore), and Greatview Development, and its showroom is located at Geylang East Avenue 1.
