Developers Frogmore and Galliard Homes have launched what is thought to be the most expensive penthouses in the West End of London.
The two penthouses at The Chilterns, a flagship luxury residential development in Marylebone W1, are priced at £25 million and £12.575 million, plans for which include a signature restaurant with in-room chef and dining, private gymnasium and sauna, private cinema; 21 basement wine cellars with wine tasting room, underground parking with valet; David Bailey lobby and a 24-hour hotel-style concierge.
The ultra-prime development provides 44 luxury residences for private sale within landmark architecture formed by a contemporary seven-storey glass and stone façade. Details include a striking stepped roofline, floor to ceiling windows with sun-shielding feature louvres, rooftop terraces and glass-fronted balconies.
The initial collection of apartments were launched in October 2013 and rapidly sold off plan, achieving vales of more than £3,000 per sq ft – a new benchmark for the local area. Now with The Chilterns more than 50 percent complete, the developers have launched the six premier and penthouse residences.
The two penthouses at The Chilterns are the finest luxury residences to be unveiled in Marylebone and the wider West End. The first, priced at £25 million, is a spectacular 7,566 sq ft four-bedroom duplex penthouse located on the top two floors of the building providing 5,047 sq ft of internal living space and 2,519 sq ft of private roof gardens – the largest in the West End of the U.K. capital.
Priced at £12.575 million, the second penthouse is a luxurious 3,962 sq ft single level three-bedroom residence providing 2,886 sq ft of internal and 1,076 of external roof gardens.
Stephen Conway, Chief Executive of Galliard Homes said: “Our vision for The Chilterns was to deliver the most exclusive address in Marylebone and the wider West End.
“At The Chilterns we have combined luxury, technology, art and lifestyle amenities to achieve an outstanding level of quality and lifestyle offering. In my view it’s much more than just the finest collection of brand new residences currently on the market.
“The Chilterns offering includes hospitality and leisure facilities which when combined with exceptional homes creates the area’s very best address and a superb investment for the future.”
