BCA to relocate to Jurong East

The Building and Construction Authority (BCA) is moving from the Ministry of National Development (MND) Complex at Maxwell Road to Jem in Jurong East.

BCA will commence operations at Jem on 22 December and it will operate a Customer Service Centre at Level 6 of the building, which is shared with Agri-Food and Veterinary Authority (AVA).

To facilitate its move, BCA’s office will be closed on 19 December from 12.30pm onwards.

The AVA also moved from the MND Complex to Jem and commenced operations there today.

Located at 52 Jurong Gateway Road and developed by Lend Lease, Jem has over 108,000 sq m of retail and commercial space and the office component is 100 percent leased by MND, AVA and BCA under a single long term lease, according to its website.
