The Ministry of Trade and Industry (MTI) today announced board appointment changes at JTC Corporation (JTC), and these appointments will take effect from 1 January 2015.
Dr Loo Choon Yong has been re-appointed as the Chairman of JTC. He is also chairman and co-founder of Raffles Medical Group.
MTI has also re-appointed three board members; Former Managing Partner of KPMG LLP Danny Teoh, Deputy Managing Partner of Wong Partnership LLP Tan Chee Meng, and Deputy Secretary of Ministry Of Manpower Augustin Lee Tong Yang.
Additionally, three new board members has been appointed; HSBC Singapore CEO Guy Harvey-Samuel, Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) CEO Ng Lang, and Former Group Deputy CEO of CapitaLand Olivier Lim.
MTI also announced DTZ’s CEO and Head of Consulting & Research (SEA) Ong Choon Fah will be stepping down as board member upon the completion of her term on 31 December 2014.
JTC is the lead agency in Singapore to spearhead the planning, promotion and development of the country’s industrial landscape.
