With less than two weeks until the official launch of the Philippines Property Awards 2014, nominations are streaming in for the second annual event/ The gala dinner and presentation ceremony will take place in July.
President of TAJARA Leisure & Hospitality Group Cyndy Tan Jarabata, will chair the central judges panel for a second year;
“The first Philippines Property Awards was a great success and we can’t wait to prepare for this year’s awards with anticipation of a better and bigger participation from Philippines property developers and designers,” she said.
In the Development Awards, the criteria used for judging entries include design and amenities, use of space and unique selling points, as well as more practical considerations such as value for money and state of completion.
“It’s definitely going to be a tight competition,” added Jarabata. “We expect more entrants in the resort, boutique and design categories, and as the judges see the awards as a new benchmark for excellence in the Philippines real estate sector, it’s going to be an exciting year ahead.”
The awards are organised by Ensign Media, and the Philippines’ winners go forward to compete in the Southeast Asia Property Awards later in the year.
