Trump Las Vegas sees significant interest from Asian buyers

19 Feb 2014

Sales of apartment units at the 64-storey Trump Las Vegas (pictured) have increased five-fold after the property was re-launched in 2012, revealed Trump Organization.

Centrally located along the iconic Las Vegas strip, the luxury hotel condominium comprises 1,232 studio and one-bedroom suites and 50 penthouses.

The residences come fully-furnished and measure between 526 to 3,080 sq ft. Prices range from US$250,000 to US$3.75 million (S$315,400 – S$4.73 million).

Eric Trump, Executive Vice President of Development and Acquisitions for Trump Organization, said: “Following the success of our sales re-launch, less than 40 percent of the building’s studio condominiums remain available.”

PropertyGuru understands that there has been a significant increase in Asian buyers for this project.

To meet the strong demand from international and repeat buyers, a new sales centre recently opened on the top floor of Trump Las Vegas. This reflects a shift in focus to remaining inventory, including the one-, two- and three-bedroom penthouses on the tower’s upper floors.

Meanwhile, new data from the Greater Las Vegas Association of Realtors (GLVAR) shows that median home prices in Las Vegas increased 24 percent in 2013.
