Overseas shows back in full swing

14 Feb 2014

Overseas property exhibitions in Singapore return to full strength this weekend after the Chinese New Year break.

Once again London will feature prominently, and taking centre stage is Royal Gateway (pictured) in the Royal Docks area in the east of the U.K. capital.

Jones Lang LaSalle is showcasing the Galliard Homes development of 336 apartments ranging in size from studios up to three-bedroom units and two-bedroom duplex penthouses.

The exhibition for the property, which will form an exciting new landmark gateway to the Royal Docks area, takes place from today until Sunday, February 16, at St. Regis Hotel, Senator Room, between 11am and 7pm.

IP Global will be exhibiting Hilton’s Wharf, a 999-year leasehold property in the Greenwich area of Southeast London. The development features 64 private apartments over seven floors.

The exhibition for Hilton’s Wharf takes place on Saturday and Sunday at Hilton Hotel, Level 5, between 11am and 7pm.

In addition to London, property developments from the Philippines, Malaysia and Australia will also be exhibiting in the city-state this weekend.
