GRESB continues sustainability survey

8 May 2014

GRESB, an organisation assessing the sustainability performance of real estate portfolios around the world including Singapore, is currently collecting sustainability data from property companies and private funds.

To help participants benchmark their organisations’ sustainability performance, the GRESB 2014 Survey includes seven sustainability aspects, and gathers information on performance indicators, such as energy, greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions, water and waste.

The annual survey also covers sustainability risk assessments, performance improvement programmes, and engagement with employees, tenants, suppliers and the community.

Last year, several private and listed companies in Singapore participated in this survey, including Keppel Land, CapitaLand and City Developments.

The GRESB 2014 Survey is open for responses until 1 July 2014 via its website and all listed real estate companies and private property funds can participate.
