Richard Barkham (pictured) will join CBRE Group on 16 June as Global Chief Economist, the company announced today.
The 16-year veteran of the real estate industry will be based in London and will report to CBRE’s Global Head of Research, Nick Axford.
As CBRE’s Global Chief Economist, Dr. Barkham will work with CBRE’s senior executives to lead the development of the company’s view on global economic, financial and real estate market trends.
He will also focus on building the company’s thought leadership, and work with the company’s Research Heads to coordinate the research teams’ analytical activities.
