Property giants to join LPS Beijing

9 May 2014

The biggest names in the industry, along with affluent Chinese buyers, will once again gather at China’s most prestigious invitation-only luxury property show (LPS), which will be held at the five-star Legendale Hotel Beijing on 16 to 18 May.

A highly anticipated event, LPS Beijing will see a congregation of property giants such as Savills, Alain Pinel, Knight Frank, Colliers International, Re/Max Prestige, Christies Real Estate and Sotheby’s International Realty, among others.

“The world’s leading real estate names will once again be attending the show in order to benefit from the growing appetite of Chinese investors toward overseas real estate,” said LPS CEO and Founder Olivier de Treglode.

More than 80 exhibitors from over 20 countries will participate in the event to showcase some of the world’s most sought-after real estate such as those in Paris, Venice, Monaco, Hong Kong and New York.

The three-day event will also host a series of forums and conferences, a grand Italian reception and gala cocktail party.

With over 5,000 expected visitors this year, LPS Beijing is touted as a major platform for developers and real estate agencies to market their luxury properties to China’s elite.

Michelle Zhou, Director of Savills Residential China, who joined the previous edition of LPS in Shanghai, said, “We received some very qualified inquiries, people looking for both Australia and London properties.” Savills will be returning this year, she added.

With PropertyGuru as the official online media partner, LPS Beijing is sponsored by Lamborghini, Beneteau Yachts and Dassault-Falcon.
