Phuket will be flying the flag for Asia-Pacific in the International Property Awards in Dubai later this year after Phuket.Net Real Estate
scooped the Best Real Estate Agency Website in Asia Pacific at last
week’s Asia-Pacific Property Awards in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
www.realestate.phuket.net won the award this year following in the footsteps of www.cbre.co.th who collected the same award for the Asia-Pacific region last year.
Managing Director Alex Lotz in an exclusive statement to PropertyGuru, said: “I am very proud of our hard working team at Phuket.Net Real Estate.
They continue to grow our site and services making it user-friendly,
informative and efficient. To be recognised by International Property
Awards for our efforts is extremely rewarding,”
Kit Fordham,
General Manager, added: “We are a small independent agency competing
against international brand names, and to receive industry recognition
is very gratifying.”
Phuket.Net Real Estate won the Best Real Estate Agency Website in Thailand award, beating www.primerealestate-phuket.com and www.cbre.co.th
to the title. It then beat competitor websites from Singapore and
Australia to take home the Best in Asia-Pacific title and go forward to
represent the region at the International Property Awards in December.
The
website will face extremely tough competition to win the global title.
Last year Manhattan Miami Real Estate took the top title for its www.manhattanmiami.com website while in 2012 it was www.foxtons.co.uk that took the top accolade.
