Berkeley Homes is Brunei bound

20 May 2014

Berkeley Homes, together with Singapore real estate agency Colliers International, will be making a second trip to Brunei this week after a number of successful sales were concluded during a previous venture to the state.

The U.K. developer, which opened an office in Singapore last year to cater to its growing base of Asian property buyers and investors, will be showcasing its London projects in Hammersmith and Royal Arsenal Riverside (pictured) through a series of one-on-one meetings arranged in partnership with its Brunei-based real estate agent.

Richard Levine, Director of International Property Southeast Asia for Colliers International, told PropertyGuru:  “London property sales in Brunei will never be on the same scale as those in Singapore or Hong Kong, but they’re important nonetheless, and there’s certainly interest there.”
